Terms of Service

By using the Hikayah Collective website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Products and pricing

Product descriptions, colours, measurements, pricing, and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings and normal production variation may affect how colours appear. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders

Launch products are sold on a pre-order basis from October 5 through October 31, 2026. Full payment is collected at checkout. The current estimated dispatch window is 2–4 weeks after October 31, 2026. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Final sale

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, colour preference, or other non-defect reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact contact@hikayahcollective.com as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, or where we are unable to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.
