Launch pre-order
The first Hikayah Collective pre-order opens October 5, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Full payment is collected at checkout.
Pre-order pieces are produced and prepared after the pre-order window closes. Our current estimated dispatch window is 4–6 weeks after October 31, 2026, approximately November 28–December 12, 2026. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch.
If our expected dispatch window changes materially, we will contact affected customers with an updated estimate and any available options. Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
Canada shipping
For the launch, Hikayah Collective ships within Canada.
- Standard shipping: $12 CAD on orders under $150 CAD.
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $150 CAD or more.
- Express shipping: $20 CAD.
Shipping methods are selected at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched.
Pre-order cancellations
You may request a full cancellation and refund through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. After the pre-order window closes, production commitments begin and cancellations are not guaranteed. If we can stop the order before production is committed, we will cancel it; otherwise, the regular return policy applies after delivery.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from fragrance, makeup, marks, or damage, and returned with any original tags and packaging.
To request a return, email contact@hikayahcollective.com with your order number before sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.
Refunds & exchanges
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability; because launch pieces are produced through a limited pre-order run, a requested colour or replacement may not be available.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.
