All purchases are final sale. Hikayah Collective does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, colour preference, or other non-defect reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hikayahcollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
