Shipping policy
Hikayah Collective currently ships to Canada and the United States. All launch shipping rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
Pre-order timeline
The first Hikayah Collective pre-order is open from October 5 through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Full payment is collected at checkout.
Our current estimated dispatch window is 2–4 weeks after October 31, 2026, approximately November 14–28, 2026. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch.
If the expected dispatch window changes materially, we will contact affected customers with an updated estimate and any options available to them.
Canada — Standard Tracked Shipping
0–0.75 kg: $9.95 CAD
0.751–2.50 kg: $12.95 CAD
2.501–3.50 kg: $15.95 CAD
Free Standard Shipping is available on Canadian orders of $150 CAD or more.
United States — Tracked Shipping
0–0.75 kg: $16.95 CAD
0.751–2.30 kg: $21.95 CAD
2.301–3.50 kg: $29.95 CAD
Free shipping is not offered to the United States at launch.
Duties, tariffs, taxes, and other import charges are separate from the shipping rate and may be collected at checkout or otherwise as applicable.
International shipping
UK shipping is not available at launch. Additional international destinations may be added after shipping rates and applicable tax or VAT requirements are verified.
Address and carrier issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.
Carrier transit times may be affected by weather, peak periods, remote-area service, and other delays outside our control. If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
